Welcome to Mirror Tattoo Studio! By booking an appointment, using our services, or engaging with our studio in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Appointments & Deposits

• All tattoo and piercing appointments require a prior booking. Walk-ins are accepted based on artist availability.
• A booking deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be adjusted in your final bill.
• Deposits are non-refundable in case of no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Age Policy

• You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo or body piercing. A valid government-issued ID is required.
• We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

3. Health & Safety

• For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, allergies, skin conditions, etc.) before the procedure.
• We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization. All equipment is single-use or professionally sterilized.
• You are advised to follow the aftercare instructions provided by our artists to ensure proper healing.

4. Design & Artwork

• All custom tattoo designs created by our artists are the intellectual property of Mirror Tattoo Studio and may not be reused or replicated without permission.
• Minor changes to a design are allowed during consultation, but significant changes may require rescheduling and/or additional charges.

5. Touch-Up Policy

• We offer lifetime free tattoo retouching for all tattoos done at our studio.
• Free touch-ups do not apply to tattoos damaged due to negligence, improper aftercare, or external interference (e.g., sunburn, injury, etc.).

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

• All services are non-refundable once rendered.
• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to retain your deposit.
• In case of emergencies, we’ll do our best to accommodate you fairly.

7. Studio Etiquette

• We maintain a respectful, clean, and professional environment. Any kind of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.
• Please avoid bringing more than one companion during your appointment to ensure a calm and focused atmosphere.

8. Media Usage

• With your consent, we may take and share photos or videos of your tattoo or piercing on our social media platforms for promotional purposes.
• You may request not to have your image or tattoo shared publicly.
